We decided to conduct a 2nd Open House event this month due to previous inclement weather. The  last Open House we had on the 1st of March, was when the last cold front moved through Tampa and a lot of folks stayed in. This is really a great property and Sunday March 22, 2009 will be a Sunny Warm Day and a great time to get out and check out the amenities that Franklin Square offers….. so make sure you swing by and check this out or tell your friends or neighbors who are on the look for a great place to relocate too.
